Steven Czepek gave the Dunnville Jr. Mudcats a 2-1 (OT) victory over the Dundas Blues when he scored 30 seconds into the extra period.

Dunnville was led by Czepek, who finished with one goal.

Dunnville also got a goal from Chad Springer as well. Other players who recorded assists for Dunnville were Davis Hart, Travis Sheldrake, Jeff May, and Dan Arrowsmith, who contributed one each.

Dundas' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three Dunnville power plays. The Blues did not reach the goal total they have come to expect this season. Dundas puts an average of 4.9 pucks into the net per game.

The Blues were led by Cam McConnell, who scored the team's only goal. McConnell scored on the power play 15:32 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Dundas earned a power play opportunity when Millar Leniew AP was put in the box for tripping. Jake Bain assisted on the tally.

The Jr. Mudcats' Josh Rosettani stopped 23 shots out of the 24 that he faced. Dunnville incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Brock Novak rejected 26 shots on goal for the Blues. Dundas incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
