The Great Falls Americans survived a determined comeback attempt by the Bozeman Icedogs on the way to a 3-2 win.

Great Falls made the score 3-1 on a goal by Cody Page at 7:45 in the third period, and Bozeman got as close as 3-2 when Gunnar Mogck scored 19:39 into the third period.

The Americans were led by Page, who registered one goal and one assist.

Great Falls excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances. The Icedogs were unable to stop the Americans from sending pucks towards the net, and Great Falls eventually piled up 39 shots on goal.

Great Falls additionally got points from Josh Larson, who also tallied one goal and one assist. Robert Kalata also scored for Great Falls. Other players who recorded assists for Great Falls were Lucas Lomax, who had two and Craig Hayes and Brendan Jester, who contributed one each.
