Affton Ice Rink    Sat, Feb 14, 2015

Nathan Klebe was superb between the pipes for the Nashville Jr. Predators, as he did not allow a goal in a 3-0 victory over the St. Louis Jr. Blues.

Nashville was paced by Spencer Marchand, who finished with one goal. Marchand scored 19:18 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Nashville. Noah Keener assisted on the tally.

The Jr. Predators' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four St. Louis power plays. St. Louis was unable to stop Nashville from sending pucks towards the net, and the Jr. Predators eventually piled up 35 shots on goal.

Nashville also had goals scored by Ben Falk and Trent Kulczyk, who each put in one. More assists for Nashville came via Jon Severson, who had two and Matiss Gelazis and Topi Samuli Aheristo, who each chipped in one.

The Jr. Blues were held below their usual level of production. St. Louis puts an average of 2.9 pucks into the net per game.

Klebe recorded 27 saves for Nashville. The Jr. Predators incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Quinton Reynolds made 32 saves for the Jr. Blues on 35 shots. St. Louis incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with seven minors.
