Jake Sealy had two goals and three assists to lead the Metro Jets to an 11-2 victory over the Cincinnati Swords.

Sealy's tallies came at 5:45 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Metro and 11:28 into the first to make the score 3-1 Metro.

Metro forced Cincinnati's goalies to work in net, totaling 37 shots and forcing 26 saves. Brandon Kruger made eight stops and James Schroeder made 18. The Jets' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Cincinnati power plays. Metro surpassed its usual scoring output this season. The Jets average 4.5 goals per game. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.

Metro also got points from Cooper McLean, who also grabbed one goal and two assists, Tyler Layle, who also had one goal and two assists, Jacob Drinkard, who also finished with one goal and three assists, Cody Jones, who also registered one goal and one assist, and Zach Koonce, who also racked up three goals and two assists to lead the team in points. Others who scored for Metro included Chris Williams and Andrew Sawyer, who scored one goal each. In addition, Metro received assists from Devin Kelly, who had two, Pearce Vance, who had three, and Golov Sergey and Graham Day, who each chipped in one.

The Swords were led by Blake Hinds, who had one goal. Hinds scored 5:45 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Brenden Williams also scored for Cincinnati. Other players who recorded assists for Cincinnati were Oliver Ahlberg and Gennadi Zabeline, who contributed one each.

Stephan Wroe rejected 17 shots on goal for Metro. The Jets incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Cincinnati incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
