The Alexandria Blizzard could not stop the Breezy Point North Stars' Joe Costello, who tallied a hat trick in a 6-3 win.

Costello notched his first tally 6:15 into the second period. He then added goals at 1:38 into the third and at 5:31 into the third.

Alexandria was unable to stop Breezy Point from sending pucks towards the net, and the North Stars eventually piled up 34 shots on goal. Breezy Point bested its season scoring average. Breezy Point could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 22 minutes in penalties during the game.
