Nickolas Tandeski was all over the ice for the Nashville Jr. Predators, as he tallied two goals and two assists in Nashville's 10-3 win over the Sugar Land Imperials.

Tandeski's tallies came at 17:30 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Nashville and 5:01 into the second to make the score 4-1 Nashville.

The Jr. Predators managed to stay out of the box better than usual, registering one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Nashville wound up below its season average of 14.0 penalty minutes per game. The Jr. Predators forced Sugar Land goalie Timothy OSullivan to work between the pipes, taking 39 shots. Nashville outdid its season average for goals scored. The Jr. Predators have scored at the pace of 5.5 goals per game during the current campaign. The defensemen of Nashville were also effective in the Imperials' zone, and came away with two goals.

Nashville also got points from Rudolfs Kalvitis, who also racked up one goal and one assist, Ben Falk, who also registered one goal and four assists to lead the team in points, Zach Greenwood, who also finished with one goal and one assist, Trent Kulczyk, who also grabbed three goals and one assist, and Alex Durand, who also finished with two goals and one assist. Other players who recorded assists for Nashville were Jesse Hyde, Jon Evans, Nathaniel Chiarizzio, Colton Anderson, and Nick Mammel, who contributed one each and Kyle Van Wyk and Dominic Costello, who each chipped in two.

Sugar Land was helped by Alex Tilman, who registered one goal. Tilman scored 7:02 into the second period to make the score 4-2 Nashville. Aksel Campbell provided the assist. Sugar Land also had goals scored by Frazer Ellis and Ryan Meyer, who each put in one. In addition, Sugar Land received assists from John Cuni, Matthew Jung, and Anthony Chesrow, who contributed one each.

Nathan Klebe recorded 22 saves for the Jr. Predators. Nashville registered one goal on four power play opportunities. The Imperials' OSullivan stopped 29 shots out of the 39 that he faced. Sugar Land incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
