Billings outlasts Glacier, 4-2

The Billings Bulls gutted out a close 4-2 win against Glacier.

Billings gained the winning advantage on a goal by Steven Thompson 18:55 into the second period and hung on until final buzzer.

Thompson had a great game for the Bulls, netting two goals.

Billings kept Glacier's goalie busy throughout the game, and Ryan Lund made 54 saves on 58 shots.

Billings also had goals scored by TJ Theodosopoulos and Ian Wiljanen, who each put in one. More assists for Billings came via Ralfs Karelis, Reed Kaiser, Bryce Jensen, Josh Pena, and Alex Lundstrom, who each chipped in one.

Glacier was helped by Tommy Kaddatz, who finished with one goal. Kaddatz scored on the power play 16:48 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Glacier earned a power play opportunity when Matt Myers was put in the box for roughing. Tristan Klewsaat assisted on the tally. Glacier also got a goal from Joshua Larson as well. In addition, Glacier received assists from Tyler McMahon, who had one.

Alexander Meagher made 19 saves for the Bulls on 21 shots. Billings incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Glacier incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with seven minors.
