Nick Rizzo had two goals to lead the Billings Bulls to a 7-3 victory over Glacier. Rizzo's tallies came on the power play at 1:19 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Billings and 9:06 into the first to make the score 2-0 Billings.Billings pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 12 penalty minutes. The Bulls' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on six Glacier power plays. Billings' offense rang up 32 shots on Glacier's net. The Bulls surpassed their usual scoring output this season. Billings has scored at the pace of 4.6 goals per game during the current campaign. The Bulls' defensemen played an important role in the offense, chipping in two goals. Billings additionally got points from Steven Thompson, who also registered one goal and three assists to lead the team in points, Tristan Henrichs, who also grabbed one goal and one assist, Ian Wiljanen, who also had one goal and two assists, and Alex Lundstrom, who also finished with one goal and two assists. Glacier kept Billings' goalie busy throughout the game, and Cole Semchak made 44 saves on 47 shots. Penalties took their toll on Glacier, as its penalty kill unit let in three power play goals. Glacier was helped by Brendan Jester, who registered one goal. Jester scored 13:28 into the second period to make the score 4-2 Billings. Karson Frisk assisted on the tally. Others who scored for Glacier included Gosnell Dekker and Sam Shaheen, who scored one goal each. In addition, Glacier received assists from Tyler McMahon, Gavin Lubin, joshua larson, and Blake Evennou, who each chipped in one. Nolan Slager made 25 saves for Glacier on 32 shots. Glacier incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
