Liam Folkes racked up two points to lead the Brockville Braves to a 4-0 victory over the Kanata Lasers.

Brockville excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances.

Neil Robinson also scored for Brockville. Other players who recorded assists for Brockville were Andrew Peski, who had two and Brett Van Stralen, Jack Patterson, Sean King, and Tristan Whynot, who each chipped in one.

Kanata managed to stay out of the box better than usual, tallying one minor for two minutes in penalty time. The Lasers finished below its season average of 20.0 penalty minutes per game.

Mitchell Datz rejected 18 shots on goal for the Braves. Brockville incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Andrew Cipollone made 25 saves for Kanata on 29 shots.
