Grant Cooper grabbed two points to lead the Cornwall Colts to a 6-1 victory over the Kanata Stallions.

Cornwall forced Kanata's goaltenders to work without much rest, getting 35 shots and forcing 29 saves. Andrew Cipollone made 13 stops and Brian Wilson made 16. The Colts' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Kanata power plays. Cornwall bested its season scoring average. The Colts average 3.5 goals per game.

Cornwall additionally got points from Kevin Hope, who also registered one goal and one assist. Cornwall also got a goal from Marly Quince as well. More assists for Cornwall came via Dean Derouchie, Peter Angelopoulos, and Zac Tierney, who contributed one each and Ross Craig, Lawson MacDonald, and Tristen Elie, who each chipped in two.

Denny Dubblestyne made 24 saves for Cornwall on 25 shots. The Colts incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. The Stallions incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with seven minors.
