The Whitby Fury's Jeremy Wu scored 3:46 into overtime to beat the Lindsay Muskies, 3-2 (OT).

Whitby was sparked by Wu, who finished with one goal and one assist.

The Fury's offense rang up 46 shots on Lindsay's net.

Others who scored for Whitby included Matt Fischer and Dakota Kettrick, who each put in one. Other players who recorded assists for Whitby were Luke Keenan, Jonathan OHara, and Zach Viminitz, who contributed one each.

Whitby was unable to stop the Muskies from sending pucks towards the net, and Lindsay eventually piled up 32 shots on goal.

The Muskies were helped by Cameron Stajer, who had one goal. Stajer scored 17:53 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Kristopher Diclemente provided the assist. Joseph Vocino also scored for Lindsay. In addition, Lindsay received assists from Owen Barnett and Brock Spear, who each chipped in one.

Tyler Feaver rejected 30 shots on goal for the Fury. Whitby incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Boyd Diclemente recorded 43 saves for Lindsay. The Muskies incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
