A hat trick by Zach de Concilys was the highlight in Golden Hawks' 7-4 win against the Hamilton Red Wings. De Concilys' first goal came 9:41 into the first period. He then added goals at 14:32 into the second and at 19:56 into the third.The Trenton Golden Hawks bested their season scoring average. Trenton averages 4.8 goals per game. The Golden Hawks cashed in on power play opportunities, scoring two goals on three chances. Trenton also got points from Braden Hellems, who also finished with one goal and one assist and Brady Wiffen, who also tallied one goal and one assist. Others who scored for Trenton included Kevin Lavoie and Aidan Parker, who scored one goal each. Other players who recorded assists for Trenton were Danny Liscio, who had three and Liam Morgan, Loren Ulett, Chrisitian Lloyd, Matt Pizzo, and Hunter Fargey, who contributed one each. Hamilton was helped by Erick Delaurentis, who had one goal and one assist. Delaurentis scored 18:52 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Joseph Mitchell picked up the assist. Hamilton additionally got points from Luke Sinclair, who also registered one goal and one assist and Josh LaFrance, who also racked up one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Hamilton also got a goal from Rylee St. Onge as well. In addition, Hamilton received assists from Cooper Hyman and Matt Smith, who each chipped in one. Trenton's Riley Brown stopped 23 shots out of the 27 that he faced. The Golden Hawks incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Mark Sinclair rejected 16 shots on goal for the Red Wings. Hamilton incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
