A hat trick by Johnny Curran was the highlight in Tigers' 9-2 win against the Burlington Cougars.

The Aurora Tigers' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on five Burlington power plays. Aurora kept Burlington's goalie busy throughout the game, and Joe Noonan made 45 saves on 54 shots. The Tigers outdid their season average for goals scored. Aurora has scored at the pace of 4.4 goals per game during the current campaign. The Tigers got an offensive boost from their blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game.

Aurora additionally got points from Liam Neuman, who also finished with one goal and two assists. Eric Williams also scored for Aurora.
