The Whitby Fury's Stefan von Engelbrechten scored 1:32 into overtime to beat the St. Michaels Buzzers, 6-5 (OT).

Whitby came back from a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. The Fury trailed 3-1 after a power play goal by St. Michaels' Ian Edmondson at 2:04 in the second period. Whitby knotted things up at 5-5 on a goal by Mitch Emerson at 16:01 in the third period.

The Fury's offense rang up 56 shots on the Buzzers' net.

Whitby additionally got points from Emerson, who also had two goals and one assist and Davis Kuksis, who also racked up one goal and two assists. Ryan Kirkup also scored for Whitby.
