The St. Michaels Buzzers survived a determined comeback attempt by the Toronto Patriots Patriots on the way to a 5-3 win. St. Michaels made the score 5-2 on a goal by Michael Andlauer at 6:59 in the third period, and Toronto Patriots got as close as 5-3 when Quinn Syrydiuk scored 11:09 into the third period. The Buzzers were sparked by Matt Pepler, who grabbed one goal. Pepler scored 13:31 into the second period to make the score 4-2 St. Michaels. Michael Lata provided the assist. St. Michaels' offense rang up 32 shots on the Patriots' net. The Buzzers bested their season scoring average. This season, St. Michaels averages 2.8 goals per contest.
