Team Brick Alberta blows out Montreal Ice Storm, 5-2

Team Brick Alberta had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 5-2 win over Montreal Ice Storm.

Team Brick Alberta was paced by Keaton Dowhaniuk, who registered one goal. Dowhaniuk scored 6:39 into the second period to make the score 3-1 Team Brick Alberta.

Team Brick Alberta also got points from Matthew Savoie, who also finished with one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Team Brick Alberta also got a goal from Ben Hemmerling as well. More assists for Team Brick Alberta came via Jackson Roth, Cale Ashcroft, Tyson Horiachka, and Liam Watkins, who contributed one each.

Montreal Ice Storm kept Team Brick Alberta's goalie busy throughout the game, and Nicholas Jones made 29 saves on 31 shots. Montreal Ice Storm did not rack up many penalties in the contest, racking up a minimal one minor for two minutes in penalty time.
