St. Andrews College holds on for 4-3 win against Dexter School

Dexter School tried to dig itself out of a two-goal hole, but St. Andrews College held on for a 4-3 victory.

A goal by Adam Sinclair put St. Andrews College up 4-2 in the second period, but Dexter School pulled to within one on Austin Omalley's tally 7:58 into the third period.

Sinclair was all over the ice for St. Andrews College, as he tallied one goal and two assists in the win. Sinclair scored 14:28 into the second period to make the score 4-2 St. Andrews College. Mitchell Martan picked up the assist.

St. Andrews College stifled Dexter School's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. St. Andrews College kept Dexter School's goalie busy throughout the game, and Liam Moore made 29 saves on 33 shots. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.

Others who scored for St. Andrews College included Justin Fregona, Otto Saarimaa, and Austin Cho, who scored one goal each. In addition, St. Andrews College received assists from Matthew Thom, Kyle Hunter, and Alex MacDonald, who contributed one each.

Dexter School also had goals scored by Val Sverdlov and Ryan Donato, who each put in one. More assists for Dexter School came via Luke McInnis, who had two and Liam Cleary, Bryan Green, Tommy Giandomenico, and Sam DAntuono, who each chipped in one.

Matthew Galajda rejected 27 shots on goal for St. Andrews College. St. Andrews College incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Dexter School incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
