Amanda Ieradi registered two points to lead OTTAWA to a 3-1 victory over KINGSTON. OTTAWA forced KINGSTON's goaltenders to work hard to keep the puck out of the net, ripping 41 shots and forcing 38 saves. Elizabeth Spinozzi made 10 stops and Jensen Murphy made 28. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals. Others who scored for OTTAWA included Natalie Fraser and Caileah Forrest, who each put in one. Other players who recorded assists for OTTAWA were Rebecca Leslie (C), who had two. KINGSTON was led by Shelby Perry (C), who scored the team's only goal. Perry (C) scored 6:00 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Erran Lee provided the assist. Shawlee Gaudreault made 15 saves before being replaced by Tanya Winchcombe, who took the win and made 11 saves. OTTAWA incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
