Cody Britton had two goals and one assist to lead the Kincardine Bulldogs to an 11-3 victory over the Walkerton Hawks. Britton's tallies came short handed at 11:31 into the second period to make the score 3-2 Kincardine and on the power play 24 seconds into the third to make the score 4-2 Kincardine.After the loss made the series score 1-3 in the best of seven series, Walkerton faces elimination next time out. Kincardine pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 16 penalty minutes. The Bulldogs forced the Hawks' goalies to work in net, getting 45 shots and forcing 34 saves. Trevor Fleming made 29 stops and Jake Ireland made five. Kincardine also got points from Gerritt Satosek, who also racked up one goal and one assist, Dalton Hnatko, who also finished with two goals and one assist, Brandon Priestap, who also registered one goal and one assist, Tanner Simpson, who also had two goals and two assists, and Sam Feagan, who also tallied three goals and one assist. In addition, Kincardine received assists from Brett Catto, who had two and Collin Whitfield and Lucas Johnson, who each chipped in one. Walkerton was helped by Calvin Penney, who grabbed one goal. Penney scored 2:17 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Walkerton. Brandon Lamothe provided the assist.
