Buffalo Jr. Sabres (MM) tried to dig itself out of a two-goal hole, but Philadelphia Jr. Flyers (MM) held on for a 3-2 victory.

Philadelphia Jr. Flyers (MM) made the score 3-1 on a goal by Andrew Romano at 16:47 in the second period, and Buffalo Jr. Sabres (MM) got as close as 3-2 when Randy DiNatale scored 17:01 into the third period.
