Thunder AAA Hockey (MM)'s comeback falls short, Philadelphia Jr. Flyers (MM) wins 3-1

Philadelphia Jr. Flyers (MM) came close to giving away a three-goal lead to Thunder AAA Hockey (MM), but did just enough to escape with a 3-1 victory.

Philadelphia Jr. Flyers (MM) led by three goals at one point and ended with the victory. The largest advantage in the game came when Philadelphia Jr. Flyers (MM)'s Andrew Romano's scored at 10:27 in the second period to put Philadelphia Jr. Flyers (MM) up 3-0.

Thunder AAA Hockey (MM) was stymied by Philadelphia Jr. Flyers (MM) netminder Alex Taylor, who stopped 35 shots during the victory. Taylor certainly lowered his goals against average, which was 4.27 entering the contest.
