Milwaukee Jr. Admirals (MM) was within striking distance after one period, but Colorado Rampage (MM) put the pedal down in the second en route to a 7-0 victory.

JJ (James Jr.) Huerena had two goals and two assists to lead Colorado Rampage (MM). Huerena scored the first of his two goals at 2:03 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Colorado Rampage (MM). Jake Suter assisted on the tally. Huerena's next tally made the score 3-0 Colorado Rampage (MM) with 14:06 left in the second period. Suter picked up the assist.
