Perth Sharks erases deficit to stun Perth Pelicans, 3-2Perth Ice Arena Sun, Nov 10, 2013 Perth Sharks climbed out of a two-goal hole to beat Perth Pelicans, 3-2. Perth Sharks never led in the game until netting the game winner. Perth Sharks trailed 2-0 after a goal by Perth Pelicans' Chris Shade at 17:56 in the second period. Perth Sharks knotted things up at 2-2 on a goal by Tomek Sak at 9:33 in the third period. Perth Sharks scored the game winner on the power play at 16:12 in the third period on a goal by Sak. Sak was all over the ice for Perth Sharks, as he grabbed two goals in the win. By firing 24 shots on goal, Perth Sharks exceeded the 4.7 shots it averages per game this year. Dominic Carlsen also scored for Perth Sharks. Other players who recorded assists for Perth Sharks were Aston Milner and Ryan Smith, who contributed one a piece. Perth Pelicans' offense was clicking better than usual and put 18 shots on goal during the game, better than the 3.7 shots per game it averages.
