Team Comcast (MM) squeaks by Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM), 6-5

Team Comcast (MM) gutted out a close 6-5 win against Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM).

No lead was more than two goals during the contest, and the winning goal was scored by Nick Polsinelli at 14:54 of the third period.

Team Comcast (MM) was paced on offense by Tyler Wyatt and Polsinelli, who combined for five points. Wyatt racked up two goals and Polsinelli also added one goal and two assists.

Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM)'s power play was ineffective against Team Comcast (MM)'s penalty kill, which allowed zero goals while shorthanded.

Team Comcast (MM) excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in six chances. Team Comcast (MM) kept Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM)'s goalie busy throughout the game, and Dom Prosser made 25 saves on 31 shots.

Team Comcast (MM) also got points from Ryan Lohin, who also tallied one goal and one assist, Polsinelli, who also registered one goal and two assists to lead the team in points, and Cole Zucker, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. Team Comcast (MM) also got a goal from Ryan Conlin as well. Other players who recorded assists for Team Comcast (MM) were Barry Kneedler, Nick Bohatiuk, and Bryan Etter, who contributed one a piece and Tim Feoli and Dylan McArthur, who each chipped in two.

Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) stifled Team Comcast (MM)'s power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Team Comcast (MM) was unable to stop Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) from sending pucks towards the net, and Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) eventually piled up 32 shots on goal. Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM)'s penalty killing units received substantial work throughout the game as Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) finished with 24 penalty minutes.

Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) was helped by Luke Lynch, who finished with two goals.
