Timothy Muhsman netted a hat trick to lead Berkley Bruins over Bloomington Jr Blaze, 7-3.

Muhsman's first goal came 3:21 into the second period. He then added goals at 7:06 into the second and at 11:09 into the third.

Berkley Bruins' penalty kill excelled, as Berkley Bruins gave up zero goals despite allowing seven power plays.

Berkley Bruins forced Bloomington Jr Blaze's goaltenders to work hard to keep the puck out of the net, launching 49 shots and forcing 42 saves. Paul Stomper made 26 stops and Kent Nusbaum made 16.
