Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) uses shootout to best St. Louis AAA Blues (MM), 2-1 (1-0 SO)

Three periods of regulation and an overtime session were not enough to settle matters as Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) defeated St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) in a shootout 2-1 (1-0 SO).

The shootout lasted for six attempts between the teams.

St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) was stymied by Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) netminder Dom Prosser, who stopped 26 shots during the victory. Prosser certainly lowered his goals against average, which was 2.71 entering the contest.
