Team Comcast (MM) outlasts Chicago Fury (MM), 3-2

In a game where neither team could get a cushion, Team Comcast (MM) escaped with a 3-2 victory over Chicago Fury (MM).

Team Comcast (MM) gained the winning advantage on a goal by Cole Zucker 10:03 into the third period and hung on until final buzzer.

Zucker had two goals to lead Team Comcast (MM) to victory.

Team Comcast (MM) pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 12 penalty minutes.

Team Comcast (MM)'s penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on six Chicago Fury (MM) power plays. Team Comcast (MM) forced Chicago Fury (MM) goalie Jeremy Wik to work between the pipes, taking 37 shots.

Richard Brusco also scored for Team Comcast (MM). In addition, Team Comcast (MM) received assists from Michael Ufberg, Guy Roby, Nick Bohatiuk, and Ryan Conlin, who each chipped in one.

Chicago Fury (MM)'s offense rang up 35 shots on Team Comcast (MM)'s net.

Chicago Fury (MM) was helped by ANDREW BUSSEY, who grabbed one goal. BUSSEY scored 6:18 into the third period to make the score 2-2. Jason Kowalczyk assisted on the tally. Chicago Fury (MM) also got a goal from SCOTT SWANSON as well. More assists for Chicago Fury (MM) came via RANDALL WOLF and GARRETT RIEBLING, who contributed one a piece.

Justin Badurina rejected 33 shots on goal for Team Comcast (MM). Team Comcast (MM) registered zero goals on two power play opportunities. Wik recorded 34 saves for Chicago Fury (MM). Chicago Fury (MM) incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
