Kamer's hat trick boosts Cleveland Barons (MM) over Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (MM), 7-0

Austin Kamer netted a hat trick to lead Cleveland Barons (MM) over Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (MM), 7-0.

Kamer notched his first tally 10:16 into the second period. He then added goals at 13:05 into the second and at 2:45 into the third.

Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (MM)'s power play was ineffective against Cleveland Barons (MM)'s penalty kill, which allowed zero goals while shorthanded.

Cleveland Barons (MM) excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in six chances. Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (MM) was unable to stop Cleveland Barons (MM) from sending pucks towards the net, and Cleveland Barons (MM) eventually piled up 36 shots on goal. Cleveland Barons (MM)'s defensemen played an important role in the offense, chipping in two goals.
