Madison Badeau had one point to lead WHITBY to a 4-0 victory over LEASIDE.

WHITBY's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four LEASIDE power plays. WHITBY kept LEASIDE's goalie busy throughout the game, and Karly Stratos made 42 saves on 46 shots.

WHITBY additionally got points from Katelyn Rae, who also registered one goal and one assist and Emily Volpe (PU), who also finished with one goal and one assist. Rhyen McGill also scored for WHITBY. Other players who recorded assists for WHITBY were Cassidy Vinkle, who had two and Megan Sullivan and Megan Picco (PU), who contributed one a piece.

WHITBY's defense shut down LEASIDE's forwards for much of the game, and LEASIDE got off only 14 shots during the contest.

WHITBY's Hannah Baker stopped 14 shots out of the 14 that she faced. WHITBY incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. LEASIDE ended with 19 minutes in penalty time with two minors and one major. For LEASIDE, Alex MacKinnon (PU) was ejected from the game.
