WATERLOO downs OAKVILLE, 6-3

Taylor Walker registered one point to lead WATERLOO to a 6-3 victory over OAKVILLE.

WATERLOO surpassed its usual scoring output this season. This season, WATERLOO averages 2.8 goals per contest. WATERLOO's penalty kill was ineffective, and let in three goals to OAKVILLE's power play unit. The defensemen of WATERLOO were also effective in OAKVILLE's zone, and came away with two goals.

Other players who recorded assists for OAKVILLE were Lauren Webb, Savannah Newton (A), and Kirsten Miller, who contributed one a piece.

WATERLOO took out Cohen Myers after she had made 14 saves and installed Shea Tiley in goal, where she finished with nine saves and the win. WATERLOO incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Stephanie Loukes made 20 saves for OAKVILLE on 26 shots. OAKVILLE incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
