BRAMPTON rides Hunter to victory over SOUTHWEST, 4-1

Isabelle Hunter had a standout game with 28 saves, and BRAMPTON beat SOUTHWEST 4-1.

BRAMPTON pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 15 penalty minutes.

BRAMPTON was sparked by Emily Landry (PU), who grabbed one goal. Landry (PU) scored 4:21 into the third period to make the score 2-0 BRAMPTON. Vanessa Tavares assisted on the tally.

BRAMPTON's offense rang up 32 shots on SOUTHWEST's net.

Christina Ieradi also scored for BRAMPTON. Other players who recorded assists for BRAMPTON were Kassidy Nauboris (PU), who had three and Isabella Triolo, Meagan OBrien, and Jessica Geddes, who contributed one a piece.

SOUTHWEST was led by Jamie Noseworthy, who scored the team's only goal. Noseworthy scored 15:09 into the third period to make the score 3-1 BRAMPTON. Angeline Taiariol picked up the assist.

BRAMPTON registered one goal on four power play opportunities. Kayla Loberg made 28 saves for SOUTHWEST on 32 shots. SOUTHWEST incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
