CAMBRIDGE and ETOBICOKE could not settle their match and fought to a 2-2 tie. CAMBRIDGE kept ETOBICOKE's goalie busy throughout the game, and Sarah Jamieson made 32 saves on 34 shots. CAMBRIDGE was helped by Morgan Rolph, who registered one goal. Rolph scored 4:47 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Miranda Lantz provided the assist. Kaileigh Grant also scored for CAMBRIDGE. In addition, CAMBRIDGE received assists from Hannah Askin, Aylssa Chiarello, and Amanda McClure, who each chipped in one. ETOBICOKE was ineffective while on the power play, as it was held to one goal off of 10 man advantages. ETOBICOKE found itself short handed often, totaling 36 penalty minutes and allowing six power plays. ETOBICOKE was helped by Alison Hanson, who tallied one goal. Hanson scored 8:52 into the first period to make the score 2-1 ETOBICOKE. Madison MacCulloch picked up the assist. ETOBICOKE also got a goal from Katia Piccoli as well. Other players who recorded assists for ETOBICOKE were Larissa Borowiec, who had one. Julia Vandyk made two saves before being replaced by Lauren Webber, who took the tie and made 15 saves. CAMBRIDGE incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
