OAKVILLE could not stop DURHAM WEST's Kennedy Marchment, who tallied a hat trick in a 4-1 win.

Marchment notched her first tally 8:27 into the first period. He then added goals at 10:56 into the first and at 30 seconds into the second.

DURHAM WEST stifled OAKVILLE's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

DURHAM WEST also got points from Alysha Burriss, who also tallied one goal and two assists. More assists for DURHAM WEST came via Alyssa Gee (PU), who had three and Meagan Lee and Victoria Bugg, who contributed one a piece.

OAKVILLE put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow DURHAM WEST to score on any of its four power plays.

OAKVILLE was led by Jordan Martin, who scored the team's only goal. Martin scored 5:05 into the first period to make the score 1-0 OAKVILLE. Kirsten Miller picked up the assist.
