Atkinson nets hat trick, leads OAKVILLE to 6-3 win over BURLINGTON

Olivia Atkinson lifted OAKVILLE to a 6-3 victory with a hat trick against BURLINGTON.

Atkinson's first goal came 3:06 into the second period. He then added goals at 6:40 into the second and at 14:40 into the second.

 

BURLINGTON was not able to stop OAKVILLE from sending pucks towards the net, and OAKVILLE eventually piled up 36 shots on goal. OAKVILLE found the back of the net more times than it usually has this season. OAKVILLE averages 2.4 goals per game.

OAKVILLE additionally got points from Christina Putigna, who also grabbed two goals and one assist. Jacinta Kennedy also scored for OAKVILLE. In addition, OAKVILLE received assists from Emma Maltais (PU), who had one, Lauren Patterson, who had three, and Rebecca Daniel and Jaime Bourbonnais (PU), who contributed two a piece.
