STONEY CREEK's Kristin ONeill scored 3:53 into overtime to beat AURORA, 4-3 (OT). STONEY CREEK came back from a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. STONEY CREEK fell behind 3-1 after a goal by AURORA's Reagan Fuller at 5:04 in the third period. STONEY CREEK knotted things up at 3-3 on a goal by Madison Field (A)home) at 19:19 in the third period. Field (A)home) had two goals and one assist to lead STONEY CREEK. Field (A)home) scored the first of her two goals at 12:45 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Laura Crowdis (PU) picked up the assist. Field (A)home)'s next tally made the score with 41 seconds left in the third period. Sarah Hine (PU) assisted on the tally. STONEY CREEK stifled AURORA's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. AURORA was unable to stop STONEY CREEK from sending pucks towards the net, and STONEY CREEK eventually piled up 40 shots on goal. STONEY CREEK also got a goal from Taylor McMahon (PU) as well. STONEY CREEK's Sarah McDonnell stopped 18 shots out of the 21 that she faced. STONEY CREEK incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Taylor Lemmon made 36 saves for AURORA on 40 shots. AURORA registered zero goals on four power play opportunities.
