STONEY CREEK had a four-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-1 win over KINGSTON.

STONEY CREEK was sparked by Madison Field (A)home), who grabbed one goal and one assist. Field (A)home) scored 6:29 into the first period to make the score 2-0 STONEY CREEK. Kristin ONeill provided the assist.

STONEY CREEK forced KINGSTON's netminders to work hard to keep the puck out of the net, racking up 36 shots and forcing 30 saves. Elizabeth Spinozzi made nine stops and Jensen Murphy made 21. STONEY CREEK stifled KINGSTON's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. STONEY CREEK outdid its season average for goals scored. STONEY CREEK averages 2.3 goals per game.

STONEY CREEK also got points from ONeill, who also finished with two goals and two assists to lead the team in points and Taylor McMahon (PU), who also had one goal and one assist.
