Cassidy Vinkle grabbed one point to lead WHITBY to a 4-1 victory over BRAMPTON.

WHITBY put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow BRAMPTON to score on any of its five power plays. BRAMPTON was unable to stop WHITBY from sending pucks towards the net, and WHITBY eventually piled up 33 shots on goal.

BRAMPTON's offense was handcuffed by WHITBY's defensive play, and BRAMPTON managed only 12 shots on goal during the game.

BRAMPTON was led by Lindsey Smith, who scored the team's only goal. Smith scored 2:17 into the second period to make the score 3-1 WHITBY. Isabella Triolo assisted on the tally.
