Slaker leads Belle Tire (MM) over Victory Honda (MM), 6-3

Behind a great game by Jake Slaker, who had two goals and one assist, Belle Tire (MM) defeated Victory Honda (MM), 6-3.

Slaker found the back of the net 15:53 into the third period to make the score 4-3 Belle Tire (MM) and again while 17:35 into the third to make the score 5-3 Belle Tire (MM).

Victory Honda (MM)'s power play was ineffective against Belle Tire (MM)'s penalty kill, which allowed one goal while shorthanded.

Belle Tire (MM)'s goal total was higher than its season average. Belle Tire (MM) averages 3.8 goals per game. Belle Tire (MM) got an offensive boost from its blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game. Belle Tire (MM) could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 24 minutes in penalties during the game.

Belle Tire (MM) also got points from Dawson DiPietro, who also tallied one goal and two assists.
