Behind one goal from Wade Kenny and one goal Kyle Robertson, the Chippawa Riverhawks downed the Glanbrook Rangers 6-3. Kenny scored 4:12 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Chippawa. Dylan Lazarus provided the assist. Robertson scored 13:41 into the second period to make the score 4-2 Chippawa. Kenny picked up the assist.Glanbrook's power play was ineffective against Chippawa's penalty kill, which allowed zero goals while shorthanded. The Riverhawks put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow the Rangers to score on any of their eight power plays.
