The North Middlesex Stars fell behind early, and the Lucan Irish kept piling on the points on the way to a 9-1 victory. Jake Morin was all over the ice for Lucan, as he tallied one goal and three assists in the win. Morin scored 3:34 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Lucan. Dylan Moss assisted on the tally. The Irish made North Middlesex's goaltenders to work without much rest, firing 43 shots and forcing 34 saves. Alex Foster made one stops and Matt Lockwood made 33. Lucan stifled the Stars' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Irish surpassed their usual scoring output this season. Lucan averages 4.6 goals per game. Lucan additionally got points from Moss, who also finished with one goal and two assists. Lucan also had goals scored by Mitch Smith, who had three, Tyler Richardson, who had two, and Daniel Cloutier and Mitch Morin, who each put in one. In addition, Lucan received assists from Kody Tremblay, Andrew Reichert, and Dylan Brooks, who contributed one a piece and Nathan Marcil and Zach Beaumont, who each chipped in two.
