Mitch Davies grabbed one point to lead the Thamesford Trojans to a 3-1 victory over the Exeter Hawks.

Thamesford's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Exeter power plays. The Trojans' offense rang up 31 shots on Exeter's net.

Thamesford also had goals scored by Dakota Hill and Fabio Galante, who scored one goal each. More assists for Thamesford came via Avery Antone, who had two and Jake McColl, Liam Billings, and Kyle Walker, who each chipped in one.

The Hawks were led by Tyler McNaughton, who scored the team's only goal. McNaughton scored 5:02 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Exeter. Cam Jude picked up the assist.

Jake Fonti rejected 21 shots on goal for Thamesford. The Trojans incurred 18 minutes in penalty time with four minors. Thamesford ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Galante was ejected from the game. Joe Metzger made 28 saves for Exeter on 31 shots. The Hawks incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
