Cam Jude finished with two points to lead the Exeter Hawks to a 4-1 victory over the Aylmer Spitfires.

Exeter stifled Aylmer's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Exeter also got points from Joe Dykstra, who also had two goals and one assist to lead the team in points and Jesse McIntyre, who also registered one goal and one assist. In addition, Exeter received assists from Tyler McNaughton, who had one.

The Spitfires could not produce up to they normal offensive output. Aylmer puts an average of 3.7 pucks into the net per game.

The Spitfires were led by Ryan Stapleton, who scored the team's only goal. Stapleton scored 2:33 into the third period to make the score 3-1 Exeter. Mark Macpherson picked up the assist.

Dylan Hoover rejected 23 shots on goal for the Hawks. Exeter incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Dan Black made 14 saves for Aylmer on 18 shots. The Spitfires incurred 18 minutes in penalty time with four minors.
