The Lambeth Lancers and the Dorchester Dolphins were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Lambeth made the most of its opportunities and won, 4-2. No lead was more than two goals during the contest, and the winning goal was scored by Nick North at 26 seconds of the second period. North had a great game for the Lancers, netting two goals. Lambeth was held below its usual level of production. The Lancers average 6.1 goals per game. Lambeth kept Dorchester's goalie busy throughout the game, and Craig Wood made 27 saves on 31 shots. Brett Cook also scored for Lambeth. Other players who recorded assists for Lambeth were Ryan Pennington, Tanner Smith, Brandon Robbins, Nick Griffin, Jake Alkins, and Warren Hargraves, who contributed one a piece. The Dolphins did not reach the goal total they have come to expect this season. Dorchester puts an average of 5.4 pucks into the net per game. The Dolphins were helped by Cale Duberry, who registered one goal. Duberry scored 17:09 into the first period to make the score 2-2. Brady Veroughstraete assisted on the tally. The Lancers' JP Trudell stopped 25 shots out of the 27 that he faced. Lambeth incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
