The Tavistock Braves, who led by three goals at one point, survived a comeback attempt by Tavistock and clinched a 4-2 victory. The Braves led by three goals at one point and ended with the victory. The largest advantage in the game came when Tavistock's Josh Bickell's scored at 10:30 in the second period to put the Braves up 3-0. Tavistock kept the Woodstock Navy Vets' goalie busy throughout the game, and Michael Roefs made 44 saves on 48 shots. The Braves were helped by Angus Rowland AP, who finished with one goal. Rowland AP scored 14:07 into the third period to make the score 4-2 Tavistock. Jeremy Munro assisted on the tally. Tavistock additionally got points from Sean Leslie, who also grabbed one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Dylan Yantzi also scored for Tavistock. More assists for Tavistock came via Jarrod Yantzi, Neals Vanweley, Travis Rumseyer, and Zach Pacheco, who contributed one a piece. Woodstock forced Tavistock goalie Trevor Bloch to work between the pipes, taking 37 shots. The Navy Vets were helped by Braden Hutchison, who registered one goal. Hutchison scored 10:51 into the second period to make the score 3-1 Tavistock. Brynn Schultz provided the assist. Woodstock also got a goal from Michael Nutt as well. Other players who recorded assists for Woodstock were Dan Haig, who had one. Trevor Bloch made 35 saves for the Braves on 37 shots. Tavistock incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Woodstock incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
