The Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees relied on the scoring touch of JB Baker, who netted two goals, to beat the Amarillo Bulls, 4-1.

Baker found the back of the net 2:08 into the third period to make the score 2-1 Rio Grande Valley and again while on the power play 15:37 into the third to make the score 3-1 Rio Grande Valley.

Rio Grande Valley averages 25.2 shots on goal per game, but only sent 17 pucks on net against Amarillo.
