The Janesville Jets pulled out a 6-5 (OT) overtime victory over the Amarillo Bulls on a clutch goal by Jordan Himley. Himley had two goals and two assists to lead Janesville. Himley scored the first of his two goals at 15:00 into the third period to make the score 5-5. Robin Hoglund provided the assist. Himley's next tally made the score 6-5 Janesville with 17:30 left in overtime. Hoglund assisted on the tally. The 25 shots that the Jets put on net surpassed Janesville's average of 22.4 shots per game this season. The Jets surpassed their usual scoring output this season. Janesville averages 2.9 goals per game. Janesville additionally got points from Evan Feno, who also finished with one goal and two assists and Hoglund, who also grabbed two goals and two assists to lead the team in points. Janesville also got a goal from Alex Tremblay as well. In addition, Janesville received assists from Ryan Gotelaere, who had one, zach keryluk, who had two, and Carson Vance, who had three. The Bulls avoided the penalty box for the entire game and scored one goal off of zero power plays.
