St. Louis Selects 18U gutted out a close 5-3 win against New Jersey Jr. Titans 18U.

St. Louis Selects 18U gained the winning advantage on a goal by Trevor Thornton 14:33 into the second period and hung on until final buzzer.

Thornton was all over the ice for St. Louis Selects 18U, as he finished with two goals in the win.

St. Louis Selects 18U excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances.
