The Battle Creek Revolution fell behind early, and the Wisconsin Whalers kept piling on the points on the way to a 7-0 victory. Wisconsin was sparked by Tim Tarvis, who registered one goal. Tarvis scored 2:34 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Wisconsin. Zack Johnson picked up the assist. The Whalers excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances.
