The St. Louis Jr. Blues survived a determined comeback attempt by the Alexandria Blizzard on the way to a 4-3 win.

St. Louis made the score 4-2 on a goal by Mike Lozano at 7:43 in the third period, and Alexandria got as close as 4-3 when Garrett Skinner scored 8:10 into the third period.

Lozano had two goals to lead the Jr. Blues to victory.

St. Louis had trouble converting on the power play advantage, managing just one goal on nine chances.

St. Louis additionally got points from Andrew Kovacich, who also tallied one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. St. Louis also got a goal from Alexander Carlsson as well.
