Daniel Cepila recorded a shutout against New Mexico Renegades as xOntario Avalanche picked up a 4-0 win. xOntario Avalanche's penalty kill excelled, as xOntario Avalanche gave up zero goals despite allowing eight power plays. xOntario Avalanche stifled New Mexico Renegades' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. xOntario Avalanche's offense rang up 41 shots on New Mexico Renegades' net. xOntario Avalanche could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 38 minutes in penalties during the game. xOntario Avalanche was helped by Nikita Salnikov, who finished with one goal. Salnikov scored 14:01 into the first period to make the score 1-0 xOntario Avalanche. Basil Reynolds picked up the assist. xOntario Avalanche also got a goal from Antoine Maillard as well.
